If it is just cbd oil and less than 3%thc you do NOT need a prescription. Cbd is also NOT illegal in the US again as long as the thc is lower than 3%. You can either order it online from anywhere in the country to be delivered to you or you can look on line to find specialty stores that sell it. You don’t need to get it from a marijuana dispensary. I live in Florida. What part of Florida are you staying at? If it’s where I live I could give you some recommendation. Also if you CBD has less than 3% thc I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to bring yours with you, in the US it is only considered marijuana if the thc exceeds 3 % otherwise it’s concidered hemp and anybody can have that with registrating for anything. However, if yours actually says marijuana on the bottle than I am not sure about you bringing it.
