Call corporate and explain! I'm sure they will make sure it happens immediately. if your not getting the customer service you should get and you have to take extra trips to get it resolved then that's NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! somebody didn't do their job and it's NOT YOUR FAULT. PERIOD. ITS THEIR FAULT. CALL CORPORATE ASAP
Lowes,Walmart... they've stopped taking care of their customers. My bf bought me a diamond,white gold ring for my birthday. I had the receipt put up but now,of course can't find it but I had the original box w' the price tag n it. He spent over $300,the diamond fell out. I hardly wore it because I didn't wanna mess it up. They wouldn't give a refund,nor in-store credit because no receipt,then she said because it's over 90 days. He bought it 4-29-2021,it's BS,THATS ALOT OF $ TO JUST LET IT GO!!
