Sometimes the service is horrible but a lot of the time it's the customer that creates the problem take a look at yourself before ordering and your attitude
I apologise for any bad experiences at hardees. I ask only that you understand, we have some bad actors, and some people just dont have the people skills. Some of our employees are short tempered, however the store manager or DM will usually make things right for you. If the manager is not here during your visit, please remain calm and return when she/he is and often times, you will be taken care of. Breakfast is our busiest time, allocating most of our labor to that period. Afternoons are usually under staffed typically from the percentage between labor and profit. We only ask that you understand that some matters are out of our control such as labor percentages, late/no show employees.
Never had a problem just the wait because the cook to order so it's fresh and hot . love their 4 breakfast it's a lot of food i have to share it
I dont usually visit the place but there is usually low staff and perhaps that could be a problem.
They are slow, but I suspect that is because their food isn't as pre-fab as other places. For dine in they give you a number and bring the food right to your table, so with pleasant dining companions the time passes quickly.
Employees are always nice but the service ia horrible. My husband ordered the chicken biscuit and got the pork chop instead and he is jewish so it caused a huge issue. I order almost everyday and at least two times a week they giv me my food wrong. I get the steak biscuit and its alwaysa gamble if they are gonna add egg or cheese when it doesnt even come with that stuff. Its only a pain when theybadd egg cause im allergic but the staff is always nice. Lunch time forget about speedy service even if youbare the only one you will wait 10-15 mins on your order.
We've ALWAYS had good service.
