Ya, this has happened to me before... Apparently its at the owners discretion, not really the cashiers fault. The one on Eastern is kindve a bad area, I understand why they only keeping minimum amounts in the drawer. Hopefully you had a smaller bill and got some grub!

Most places like Roberto's don't take $100 bills. Go to a gas station and get change.
Sorry, I don't know many fast food joints that will take a large bill. The food is definitely good.
