Oh wow im sure someone made an honest mistake. I never leave the premises without checking my orders because we humans arent perfect. I would have called them or completed the survey on the receipt to request contact back. Good luck!
Go back and talk to them with the receipt on hand.
It happens ally in all these fast food places.. I would call the number on the receipt and ask to speak to a manager. Explain what happened and they should take care of it.
Or call the store number is on the receipt 😉😉
