Yes Ginnie springs has tons of springs and runs on the property you can kayak into. You must pay for a Ginnie pass to get on land or tie off. There are other spring nearby to for kayaking and they all connect to the Santa Fe which is great kayaking.

You can't really kayak here but Rainbow Springs and Ginnie Springs aren't too far from this spot and both of those are good for kayaking.

Yes, definitely. Easy access and launch. Not sure if they get kayaks there though. FYI, the devil's ear is an underwater feature.
