Cancellations by the theater - In the very unlikely event that we need to cancel a performance, we contact everyone who has purchased tickets to the performance and offer them the option to move them to another date or refund the cost of their tickets. This has only happened rarely and always due to severe inclement weather conditions. Cancellations by patrons - We do sometimes have patrons who buy tickets and then cannot attend the performance. Most people are good about contacting us in advance and allowing us to release their tickets for resale. However, we don't always get advance notice in these situations. The best way to have your questions answered is to call the theater at 508-347-9005. We'll be very happy to assist you!
