What days and hours is the theater open to purchase show tickets? We just got here from Troy NY because the hours said 10:00 to 5:00 o.m. but nobody is here.

I ordered via phone, they are only open seasonally not sure when they are staffed. Other tickets I have bought during intermission of shows.

Indeed they are a seasonal theater only. Late may thru september i believe? They have a website...And i promise the productions they put on are worth the wait!!! Fantastic place!
