How much lot fee

I have a place at Pioneer Village before we decided to buy a place here we looked at 8 other 8 villages all eight ranged in the 625 to 750 the ones that were in the $600 range it looked like the village was not very clean and people had stuff all over the place the ones in the $750 range they did not allow any dogs and and some of the mobile homes they were selling we're not up to date and the village was very old and not kept up for the price so we decided on Pioneer Village we came there in the daytime and walked around looking for one for sale and then we finally decided and stayed there from the beginning of February to the end of March but all y'all the lot rent is 538 a month I'm sure that you had if you get a double wide very nice people the RV Park it is on the other side for the snowbirds they have parties at go on every night and the park is super clean go there and ask for Karen she works in the office she will show you around she is our neighbor across you will be happy the

Well it all depends how long you stay. For 4 months I paid 868. A month , And for 5 mo the it is 834. A month, but I have over size lot. But the place is nice and its quiet .
