if your are in the front ( 101 U in the front) will i be able to see well?

So the front row starts at A and you wok backwards so B,C,D etc. those should be good seats. 101 is on the side but those should be great seats.

The seating and arrangement of the Oakdale is incredible. Not a bad sest at the venue

Yes! The seats are laid out very well. I am just under 5' 4" and often have trouble seeing past folks who sit in front of (movies, shows, etc) but I had no trouble at this theater.

I agree with Kenneth - there are no bad seats at Oakdale. The first row on the top level is probably the best buy, but lower sides are great too

Yes _ really only hard to see if you are all the way back or in far sides. Great place to see a show#
