You can if it's a renewal and you have the renewal form they sent through the mail. BUT in any other case, like a new registration or you are renewing without that form sent by DMV, you'll have to have them sign the forms and have their signature notarized. BTW, stay away from the Cranston AAA because they are very slooooow and DMV-like.
