I doubt it. I use their DMV services in Warwick for tags, licenses, and everything I can to avoid a visit to DMV. I've never seen them testing for learners permit and there's no room set aside for testing. BTW, if you use AAA for DMV matters DO NOT go to the Cranston AAA. They have caught the DMV bug where processes are in place to make sure you'll spend a ton of time waiting. As far as the DMV is concerned I unfortunately had to go there for a simple matter. After waiting nearly 2 hours in line just to ask a question I was directed to another dept where I had the pleasure of waiting in yet another long line. Poor little RI, nothing ever really changes.
