One should dress for the moment, and not the location! that said, if you're going to the Grist Mill, they will serve you and feed you what they feel is appropriate for what they see!!! Dress in jeans, get jean level service and food...the better you look, the better you get!!
Most people dress "nicely" as you would expect for a nice restaurant. I do business casual as do my friend
