No store is closed. Can i ask you a question? Are you a 1% or 99%. 1%ers put their carts back in the cart rack. 99%ers dont . the fallout can be damaging, especially to others vehicles. However that kind of deviant ignorant behavior is par for the course , from shoppers inside and out at Costco
