Thanks Doug for the input. All team members are temperature checked before entering for their shifts. All team members are to wear an mouth and nose covering during their shift. The seating is spaced out to be 6ft and any area that may have higher traffic a barrier is places in between for added security. Reservations are staggered to avoid a backup and or waiting at the door. Frequent hand washing, on everyone's part, is recommended. There is hand sanitizer available at the entrance, at each table, and every two seats at the bar and chef country. Each table, chair, bar surface etc is sanitized after each guest. We are also offering take out and curbside for any guest that is not comfortable dining out but would still like to enjoy our fare. In addition, our menu is also offered at Mean Max Brewery in the event our seating is full, they have a large space that can usually accommodate dinners, and our food is ordered through them and delivered by us to the tap room. They're making a good effort. We sat at one of the high tops and they put up extra barriers to make sure that we were separated from the people next to us.
