Is one of the tunnels brushless? I see at least one of them has a spinning shami and am worried that either my chair lift will damage it or vica versa.

There is one that is brushless and that's the one I would use for your car if you have the chair lift. I wouldn't trust the other to be safe with that. However, the brushless does not get your car super clean. For example you can still see the outline of where the windshield wipers do not reach.
