For the price you're getting a great product. If you don't like Dunkin, don't go. I don't think they put up a detour that ran through their drive-thru.
Absolutely rude!!!! I ordered a strawberry ice cream desert they had a picture of with unicorn horn and sprinkles and the mermaid one with vanilla. They said no vanilla so I said ok chocolate is fine for that one. Get to the window and they say no mermaid either so I said ok unicorn for that one then. They give us 2 chocolate. No strawberry and no sprinkles and cookie horns thrown in there. When I asked about the strawberry the woman started saying I said chocolate for both. And when we said no we took chocolate in place of vanilla I could hear her being rude as she stomped away saying yes she did I heard her. WOW!!! I just left and said never again. Childish behavior!!
