Aldi tend to be very random with items in stock and may not have exactly what you want but they will have something similar. I tend to go in and see what they have then adapt my menu to suit. They may not have pork butt roast, but may have pork chops or something else instead.
If you don't find what you are looking for, ask any One of the employees and they will help you.

If you dont see what your looking for in the case ask one of the people who work thire. They are always willing to help . They have even cut meat for me if its not what im looking for
They constantly get different cuts in their cases. You would have to visit to see. Even from week to week they have different items. One thing is certain: they will have great prices.
I happen to see pork but there a few weeks ago.
