2 weeks ago I bought 2 cans of rust-oleum spray paint to replace 2 cans I also purched at Ollies. Out of the 4, 4 do not spray, they spit. I would like a refund on the 2 I still have. Will you do that without a receipt?

It's possible. Their can openers are not that great either. Bought 2 . Neither one works. For the price though not going to drive all the way back to return. Especially when gas is almost 5 a gallon.

That would be the decision of the manager on duty. But normally they won’t without a receipt.
