Does the vacuum come with the carwash or do you have to pay for that separate?

When I went last week the vacuum was free when you bought a car wash. It was $3.00 if you just used the vacuum

My last visit the vacuum was free with the wash, they also have cans for your trash and a special machine to brush clean your floor mats.

Separate ...but its still really inexpensive
