Prices for programs may be cheaper for Arlington county residents. Check parks and rec catalog. 55 above, and a senior weekday program exist on the main (street) level. Staff info desk and activities handouts on plaza (back patio/garage 1) and main street corner level. County Online catalog exist. Use computers by elevator, but m$, little to no printing, afaict. A couple Government program offices on 5th floor. Overrun by kids by 3pm, and limited access to discounted senior membership by then weekdays. Most of the building run as an after school program, third floor building out as Greenbrier learning now called aspire, iirc, and some problem kids/teens hang around and cause trouble, imnsho.

Don't know how much of the Seniors program is running with PanDemic now Late Nov 2021. Could call them. Seen some parks & rec classes catalog emails, but not seen seniors as before PanDemic even though need and technically state emergency is over, but like a lot of things, not really
