Yes. Macy's is very dog friendly

Yes I take mine all the time I got my fur baby right there in the mall at the Humane Society and they are always walking the dogs I have never had a problem

If it's a service dog yes. But if you have a small dog or cat with a special (I think they called troller that are enclosed) I am sure you can do that I haven't seen anyone doing that.
