we are visiting from England this coming October.We went to Venice last year just after the hurricane and planned to go to Naples ,but were told Naples had been badly affected by the hurricane and the malls were closed. Are the malls now fully open.

Parts of Naples had a lot of water in the roads, temporary power outages and horticultural damage. That was all rectified within a week. Everything is just fine, c'mon down!

Yes, all is good in Naples. No residual effects of hurricanes, bloody good chap! As of 5/31/2018.

Everything is open and fully operational. We are in hurricane season now, but there are not any hurricanes on our radar at the moment.
