See if your attorney can request video feed if available. Most truckers have dashboard cameras and recorders. Hope the best for you and yours
If he passed away in his truck there's nothing anyone could do or say, unless the truck was parked for more than 34 hours with out a wellness check
I'd be having my attorney called Trans Am Trucking
I don't know how long he was in there he dropped the phone and that was all I heard. They said they did a wellness check and didn't see him in there and the doors were locked. I need a good lawyer. Please help
