Yes, Bosphorous can accommodate big parties and toddlers as long as they're well behaved.
Space wise, for sure they're good. Toddlers... Ive seen a few even running around.. Although i wouldn't let them as it gets busy.
We had a party of 6 and it was fine. It looked like there were some bigger parties. If you want to take your toddler's do it. Screw anybody that has a problem with it.
Yes is ok for large parties not sure how large.
