What's been said is correct. When you're logged in, search for your book, movie, etc., Click on the reserve it button, and click on the branch where you want to pick up the item.
Go to sjcpls.org, and enter your account. Your username will be your card number, and your password will be the last 4 digits of your phone number, unless you made your own pin number.
Easy! Just go to sjcpls.org, type in your card number and you're good to go.
