Why do all vet offices in the area close at noon Saturday and 5pm on weekdays? Many people don’t work banking hours and need a vet to be more on their schedule.

We have been wanting to expand hours into the evening for some time. We have been advertising to hire additional veterinarians. The pandemic has made hiring difficult even for veterinary practices. When we are able to add vets to our team, we will stay open until 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm several days per week. We are currently down a vet. This has caused longer wait times than we would like. One of our company's values is to provide excellent customer service. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Lol, I completely agree with that. I wish the vets office had different hours of operation or at least be open til 7 or 8pm for those people who work and as far as the weekends go I think it's ridiculous that they aren't open all day long when they should be in my opinion. The only thing I don't like about this place is how long the waiting times are to be seen even with an appointment.
