You can reserve them online by visiting www.flaglerparks.com and clicking on "Parks Reservations" which will take you to our reservation site. Simply create an account and you can reserve any of the three pavilions at Bings. If you have any further questions, please call out office 386-313-4020 option 1 and we will be happy to help you.
I don't think you can reserve anything as it's first come first served but I could be wrong, its probably a good idea for you to check with the proprietor beforehand
