If something isnt out i have been able to get it simply by asking politely. Of course its reasonable to need to wait a few minutes for them to prepare it for you.
Regular breakfast hours are 5 AM to 11 AM. But you might be able to get a breakfast item, perhaps if you're willing to wait five minutes for it to thaw out and get cooked.
