They don't have reservations. Most restaurants on the island have a first come first served policy. Besides the lazy has one of the fastest service and if you do have to wait its only 10 minutes. That's during busy season.
We drove by and just went in and got a table right away. No reservations. Maybe ut depends on the time but try just going in.
