What a wonderful place! Son has been attending the Y's wellness program and a member of Taekwondo and working out with boxing. He has gone down from 340+ to now 250. Just ask for assistance and you will receive it from front desk onwards!

Money more well spent! Son attended a "gym" before the Y. Self conscience about his image and quit attending. However, at Y not an issue. TYVM
