Make sure Holland America has your return flight # and time. They run busses to the airport and will transfer your luggage for you.

We did not book a shutlle ahead of time, but there was a bus from Holland America at the airport waiting for guest who did book it! So we were lucky!
Westmark/Holland have a 56 passenger Bus pick you up at the airport, delivers you to your Downtown Hotel. When you get off the plane go to the Holland/Westmark person holding a sign. They will tell you what to do and handle your baggage.
