350 would unlikely give you an in law sweet. Unless it was a special build where the rest of the house was smaller. If someone randomly asked me this question I would tell them between 350 and 450
Between 240k to 350k plus depends with the lot from 2k to 20k and also whatever upgrades you wanted for your house. I am not sure how much upgrade the builder will give.it to you. We were given up to $12k of incentives.
