I was told to come early to get oil change and that they don't do appointments so I been sitting here for almost 3 hours and they doing appointments for tires first this is unexceptable how is it appointments are only for other things besides oil

I would try to speak to a manager first and if that doesn't help your situation I would call corporate. Sam Walton would not be happy with the way Walmart has been lately; and, I mean the last 15 years lately.
