Hello and thanks for your inquiry. First and foremost, we require all customers to wear a face mask at all times while in the store. We’ve closed our dressing rooms and changed our ‘no return’ policy into a seven day return for store credit policy due to this. We’ve changed our clothes buying from customers from an open drop off into a scheduled drop off to reduce the people in the buying room. Due to being a small family business, we don’t have the means to increase our staff to strictly enforce distancing although our customer is usually younger and aware of science, we see many people do this this on their own. The days that we have issues with this are usually Friday and Saturday as they are our busiest. Though we can’t afford to have another employee continually disinfecting the store, we have our regular staff spray the commonly touched areas with disinfectant regularly and we stay an hour or so after hours daily to clean the store. Masks are required at all times indoors, dressing rooms and restrooms are closed to the public, and surfaces are frequently disinfected. We also offer curbside pickup for any online purchases.
