Call the ticket line... I had a similar problem last year. I bought my ticket, then the group from work all slowly flaked... but my brother in law was going the next week. I explained to the guy on the ticket line... I wasn't asking for a refund, just a different day for the same price... he canceled the first day and issued a new one for the next week... he even waited on the phone until the new ticket landed in my email.
