It's much easier to bring it to your local store and return or exchange it. Unless they specifically asked you to return it to the company, you don't need the paper receipt anymore if you use the Walmart app. Just bring your phone with you. Technology can sometimes be awesome 😆
Either ship it back to company or take in store with reciept u got in mail with ur package.
Take it customer service with the receipt at any walmart or just call and get a RTA ( return authorization) label and drop off at FedEx or UPS.
