The tent would have a top only with open sides.
I may just be the first to see this but, I'll tell you what I know. Ice chest for fine chairs are fine maybe the fan for The Dugout. I was wondering about a tent though. Just make sure that whatever is there is not obstructing the view of the spectators. That might be the only thing I can think of that would be a problem.
