Technically not a reservation, but using their app you can put your name on the waitlist before you go. But their waiting and queuing system absolutely sucks, so you're in for an obnoxious wait whether you wait-list ahead of time or not.

Generally, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. Peak times on Friday or Saturday may have a short wait but you can generally sit at the bar and get a drink while you wait.
I've eaten here several times a year since it opened and have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. Most of my visits have been for dinner. I've not tried making a reservation but have never needed to either.
Its generally first come first serve. You "make a reservation" by being there in person and them coming back an hour later or whenever they said your wait would be over.
