We just tried to go (2:30pm on Friday), and the wait for food was 1 hour 😳
We were at Skinny's last week very busy I only waited 15 minutes for our food.

Two people in our party food was ready less than 5 min very fast and the food is so so good!
Service is quick even during peak periods.
Look at the chalkboard behind the bar. Wait time is measured by beers. Well worth any wait.
Never a long wait at all. Normally 10 -15. Well worth the wait for the great quality, fresh food, and ice cold beverages.
