What is the difference between PRF, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma, I think?) and the Vampire Facial? Does PRF treat dark spots, scarring, or firming the skin?

PRP is platelet rich Plasma, PRF, is Platelet Rich Fibrin. Ultra-concentrated PRF is next generation PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), containing a higher concentration of stem cells and growth factors. The substance is drawn from the patient and applied during Medical Microneedling, allowing delivery of growth factors deep into the skin to produce far superior and longer lasting results than PRP. The Vampire Facial is a first generation (older) procedure using PRP. It is great for scarring, dark spots and minimal firming. Microneedling with PRP combined with laser skin tightening for firming can provide a remarkable result.

PRP facial is the same as the vampire facial. Some places use filler with the PRP to help if you have volume loss for their vampire facials. The PRP facial does help with dark spots, scarring and skin that looks blah. I wouldn't suggest for firming necessarily but your skin will look better with each treatment.
