Why are their advertise prices are not what you actually pay for?

I really don't know. But I get what they have on sale and I always watch what they scan and if it doesn't come up the price That I saw I always question it. I do this in any store,and I don't have any problems with them. Sometimes it's how you say it. Be nice? That's what I do. ;)
