Good afternoon. The abuse and/ or neglect of any animal is against the law. You can call your local police department to report it and you can remain anonymous. Please report any and all suspected animal abuse and neglect. Be their voice.
I read about the birds on a review I know this isn't the right place to post but that's terrible about the poor birds and the dove in a paper sack my heart broke reading your review I hope people ban together to stop the mistreatment of these poor creatures it's criminal praying for them! Thank you for making it public!
This doesn't seem to be a shelter's responsibility. Reaching out to the owner, or the police in disturbing the peace grounds, seems more appropriate.
