Yes the staff is very good to everyone and you can request no salt or any spices.
Curry probably depends on the actual dish but without salt, yes we asked and it was possible.
Many of the dishes are not curry. They have varying spices that they use, and curry spice is not in everything. Most things on the menu are not curry, but does have salt.
Without curry, not definitely, without salt-- probably. It's a nice place, I would risk it and ask when you are there.
