This place is the worst. I waited for alcohol for about 15 minutes. I asked four employees who said they would do something, and never did.

It is what it is. I do think that WalMart store is not the one to take the blame here. Times have changed and the geographical location of this particular WalMart has a very poor pool of possible high quality possible good employees. Human resources need to invest more time in vetting future employees.

What happen to rolling back prices

Exactly! I so remember saying "yeah but its cheap" in reference to Walmart years ago. But, everything has gone up in price there.

All the prices have gone up and it was at one time, you'd endure the stupidity and absurdity of it all to get the savings. Now there is absolutely no point. Screw WalMart. It's disgusting.
