My dad has been at English Oaks for 12 days. I am with him 7 am to 7 or 8 pm. Never seen the doctor "assigned" to follow him. Dr. Singhi either comes when patients are sleeping or just follows on paper. After 2 days on incorrect meds, threatened to call state Ombudsman. That got a quick response from nurse practitioner who looked over him home med list, listened to heart, spoke with dad. Meds were adjusted/corrected, fluid restrictions lifted and orders for swallow eval to get back to normal foods. Things improved quickly, but 2 days later the doctor who never saw dad put him back on restricted fluids. After parking myself by nurse practioner's area, got to talk with her. She removed fluid restrictions.
I think all the doctors are contract, not staff.
