I'm seeing different opinions as far as BBQing! well can you barbecue there or not???? And if it's camping...how much A night???

You can't camp there. At Caswell you can camp. Mavis is a day use only park.

There is no camping there...as far as bbqing goes, you'd probly need to bring your own bbq, I think they removed the bbq's that were there, but there's no place to put your used briquette ashes. There are picnic tables all around the park. It's a city park with sports fields (2 lit softball fields and 1 non lit beach volleyball) and 2 pavilions for parties. I believe you need to reserve the pavillions thru the Parks and Recreation dept at city hall to have parties there.
