Why they advertise something on their BIG windows and don't comply with it? There's not such of FREE DRY and not attended in the premises, also their washing and drier machines are always malfunctioning I think the city should get involved

No, that's not true I know that lady, that works there In fact, last visit she said Because the owners don't want to pay her salary She only opens and clients most deal with the inconveniences That as an star, doesn't look good for a business And the issues with machines also, clients as us, don't have to put up with it just to early, be the first so I can go out, I just to spend $40.00 but when it comes to free dry, not true, the machines milk out my card, every time i add time to them i wont removed any of my comments. In fact i will have other people to visit the premises randomly and record the even to proof my texts

Hello Gustavo, We’re sorry you had a bad experience. We do, indeed, offer free drying for every paid front load wash. We also have an attendant nearby to help with any problems.
