I've been using supreme gas in my honda for 4 months. Can I switch to regular gas or something cheaper. Does it matter

It depends on what Honda you have, check your owners manual. Some Hondas have high compression engines that require premium, like mine.

Check your owners manual. Most of the time premium isn't needed, the octane rating prevents ping or pre ignition, thats only a risk with high compression or turbo charged engines.

Hello Helen, keep in mind I am not a mechanic but I do know a thing or two. I have a 2015 honda pilot and I only use the cheapest unleaded fuel and it works absolutely fine. There is a slight increase in octane with the Supreme fuel. By switching to the cheaper fuel, the only difference you will notice is more money in your pocket.
