Can you have animals, and how do you control where they do there business .people my walk on it and bring it in ?

Hi Reyes, Yes, we do allow animals under 20 pounds in our community. Residents must be able to care for the animal and we do not allow exotic pets (snakes, Iguana's, etc.).

Like most, you should clean up after your dog or cat . A plastic bag and scoop would help.
